  1. Look at the top of the right hand side menu. It was always there on our recent 10 day CB cruise.
  2. That is exactly what we do. And it has no effect on our enjoyment of our cruise. Want it to stop then quit paying for them.
  3. Several ships from Grand to Royal class. No the balcony isn't very big but long ways it is possible.
  4. Have fallen asleep several times after dark while reading my ipad. Usually wake up a little damp after a couple of hours. There are outside lights on most balconies. Never had a problem.
  5. Everything going up except peoples income. Especially retired people. Time to look at value for cost. Not looking good for cruise lines in my opinion.
  6. Pay early if you can to avoid the increase.
  7. They installed those lights on the last cruise. We were not allowed in our cabin for about 30 minutes while they were put in. Only person supervising them while in our room was the cabin steward who kept getting distracted by other passengers. Was not happy about this at all. Otherwise the cruise was satisfactory,
  8. Have done it successfully for 3 cruises. As stated wait until 60-90 days out.
  9. We changed ours from more business attire to shirt and pants with no jackets and sometimes a tie. Last night was decidedly informal. Did not affect how food tasted or the company.
  10. Only in Fort Lauderdale. Seattle has a different but similar program.
  11. Some people do but many others follow what Princess allows.
  12. Currently 7:30 and 9:30. Shows are about 45 minutes.
  13. Taxi ride from airport to your hotel is about $20 ISD for the trip. Princess transfer is per person and around $20.00. We always take taxi as there are plenty. Getting to the terminal is about $8.00-20.00.
  14. Respect is earned not given for dress or for demand by some unknown poster.
  15. Filled out paperwork to us it on Thursday. Did not see Sun Country Airlines on the form.
  16. Just had it tonight on the Caribbean Princess.
  17. As is apparent they truly are. But then why did the app accept the passport card scan instead of rejecting it. Most that you say that is clearly posted IS NOT to people with poor eye sight or first time cruisers. My friends were not the only ones with passport problems because there were several other having similar problems. The website might be clear in very small lettering and many people here at the terminal gave varying renditions on what was required. Clear, probably, in print that can be read by all, not hardly.
  18. Because they did not have a book. Our TA of over 25 years thought they were okay with BC but no dice. She is still trying to get things straight from Princess as apparently there are different "opinions" on this even there.
  19. Because this was going to be a one time trip out of the country the passport office said it was all they needed for A cruise. By the time we found out that is all they had it was too late to get a book.
  20. That was why the TA and us, we are seasoned cruisers, suggested they take birth certificates. No joy.
  21. No minor traveling with them. One is 85, hard of hearing and very bad eyesight.
  22. Friends were just denied boarding on the Caribbean Princes for a 10 day FLL-FLL Panama cruise. They had both Passport Cards and birth certificates. The ship says it is an "Open loop cruise" and requires a passport book. This was a once in a lifetime cruise for them. This despite passport office and TA telling them it should not be a problem before leaving for the cruise. The app even let them scan there card and gave them a green light. No amount of discussion seemed to matter. They are now back at the airport trying to find a flight back to Virginia,
