  1. You can only work with this Travel agent if booking from North America/ Canada.
  2. This thread might help https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2883994-booking-po-cruise/#comment-64112813
  3. The flyer says higher prices were in force in the ten days prior to the 22nd November so I presume it doesn’t start till then
  4. Keep checking your Personaliser online. It might suddenly appear.
  5. That’s correct but the problem is the timing of the PCR test. Too early and no positive result. Leave it too late and you know you have covid and too late to have PCR as they advise they do not want positive people to attend.
  6. As long as you know that you are going to use the OBC then at least you’ll make sure you are getting on the excursion.
  7. Walk to the right diagonaly from the ship onto the promenade through all the gardens to the beach on the other side. Cadiz is very thin and you can’t really get lost.
  8. Now can go Jubilee Line to Bond Street, Elizabeth Line to Heathrow. All should be step-free.
  9. They are still there under this thread https://boards.cruisecritic.co.uk/topic/2891376-update-on-insurance-issues-on-removal-of-fcc/
  10. We always go to La Laguna by tram. There are instructions in English by hitting the right flag. Otherwise people will help you. Make sure you sit at the back facing backwards to see the views.
  11. I don't think P&O usually offers transfers to Heathrow due to low demand. You can catch coach (National Express). See This Read from this page on https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2662148-transfer-southampton—london-incl-lhrlgw-train-car-other/page/17/
  12. If you have booked through a travel agent they should be able to print out the boarding pass and labels for you. The baggage handlers have access to luggage labels. I’m not sure but you should be ok without boarding pass but it will take a bit longer. Presume you have covid pass on phone.
  13. He was pretty generous with his praise as well as he enjoyed the food and the cabins so it was not all one sided.
  14. Jamie was leaving the ship at lunchtime when he noticed the line to get back on. When he returned later there was no delay at all. It does seem most P&O people want to get off early and return for lunch. Change the time and you’re ok.
  15. Yes I have also watched this review. But on another thread it is reported that Iona also has problems of queues for Freedom Dining. We were also recently on Arcadia and it definitely wasn’t working there. Unfortunately it appears that there is still a shortage of staff on all of the ships at the moment and they are all undertrained. There is a lack of drink choices as the servers are not trained sufficiently yet. How this can improve with Arvia taking more staff I am unsure. Our cruise was fine but not up to standard with so many usual options (drinks, restaurants) not available.
  16. Should look like this. And next page you ask to select cabin.
  17. After choosing cabin type the next page should have half way down “change cabin number” and you should click on this. How far away is the cruise?
  18. The questionnaire comes from Feefo now so check your spam. It is not really a questionnaire now, just asks for a review.
  19. These Caribbean stay and cruise deals on at the moment with TAs are done in conjunction with P&O and are very reasonable and seem cheaper than direct cruise only. As such it seems they are promotional offers and not combinable with extra specialised OBC.
  20. Yes you get the free shuttles. The transfers you mention are regarding coach transfers in Britain from different places to the ship at Southampton.
  21. Oh well. Just hoped they’d have a big enough screen so I could follow the ships tracking. Not going for ages so there may be some hope.
