Ours did not show a Bev package on my confirmation but the drink package does show in my orders. I would think that just having a Retreat booking it would be on your Sea Pass. That said we are in a Veranda for next sailing and I paid for the Exhale package when it was still available and our Xpress pass only had CALL. I was told their system has issues and I should have it corrected. Keeping my fingers crossed

I could not agree more with you. I find X's website and Confirms so confusing. They need to include the "Decoder Ring" when you book LOL

Not so sure it's accounting - I've been told it is an IT issue. When they took away some packages and replaced them with others things just disappeared. Upon calling they are still in the system just not showing to the passenger. Celebrity really needs an update but heaven help us when they do 🙂

That sounds like it could be an insurance amount? I would double check your original confirmation and how much was due. It happened to us last spring - my balance dropped just before final payment. Somehow, somewhere my insurance got dropped so I contacted X and got it fixed and paid the full amount

I noticed today that ours say CALL when we booked the Exhale package. I called in and got a very nice young man. He put a ticket into IT and said if it isn't changed by next Tuesday to call back. This is the one area where X really is frustrating. This is only our second cruise but multiple problems. I am just hoping this is resolved because I don't want to spent any part of my cruise in the Guest Service line

Thank you for posting this. Just checked our Xpress pass for our sailing in 2 weeks and it says CALL - we booked the Exhale package when it was still available. So now calling X - you saved me waiting at Guest Services. The rep says it's an IT problem. We love the X ships but wow the website and working through things is a PITA. Nothing seems to be intuitive.

There isn't an extra card but SHHHHH we loved it and there was never a line 🙂

@20165 you said that the MDR service and food wasn't good. The Apex has 4 dining rooms, did you only try one? Just curious

I noticed on the new Sun Princess, the Reserve mini suites have showed Guarantee since the day they went live. I was going to email or call my CVP but haven't as of yet. Not sure why this is.

Thank you for the response - we will inquire if this is the case when we are coming back. We usually like to get off and get going on the road but we have thought about doing a few things in Naples on the way home so maybe we'll have a leisurely breakfast and take our time. 🙂

Did Celebrity provide a shuttle back to the parking garage? We are on the January 12th sailing pf the Equinox and are the only RC ship in port on that date. However coming back both the Apex and Harmony are in port so I am assuming we will get the boot. Just wondering how we get back to the deck.

I would contact Celebrity direct. I agree with the above post that the CO2 canister is probably a no go. I remember reading that you can't bring your own dive tank on board so the canister is most likely the same.

Sounds like they are out of luck, All persons of drinking age must buy the package purchased prior or on board.

What I find amusing it that you had to go to Cruise mapper to find the deck plans. Only the staterooms are on the deck plans on Princess' site. There is no mention of the rollerglider or the ropes course on the Sun's promotional items (at least not that I found easliy) Seems there are still some issues going on with the bookings as well. The mini suites in the Reserve collection for several cruises I checked come up as Guarantee only. Ummm for that money I want to choose my cabin. For the most part with what I have seen it seems to be going the way of Celebrity's E class with more open type spaces. That would appeal to us. After doing 3 Princess cruises this year alone we now have all X cruises booked but taking a look at the Sun.

If it's the insurance company then they are really screwed up. We were on a Princess excursion last month and we were in much better mobility state than the people 10 years younger. Ageism has to stop.

Excuse me? If you are referring to it being the shore excursion companies, it is Celebrities choice which companies to include. Just like anyone else who subcontracts.

We were just on the Sky (one of the newer ships) and the Retreat Pool is now surrounded by cabins - you can't see the ocean from the pool level and fewer seats by the pool. IMO much worse than on the Regal - it looks like the courtyard at a motel.

I saw this same thing with the age limit. I was very surprised since we are getting up there. I definitely thought there would be exceptions. WTH Celebrity!!

As stated previous, Heron garage is $15 per day. As for the Regal - in January we sailed from Terminal 2 which is right at the Heron garage. Upon returning we ended up at Terminal 25 which is usually RC/X terminal. There was a shuttle back to the garage but the line was very long. We ended up convincing a cab driver with a van to drop us on his way to the airport for $20. Not sure when you are departing but look on cruisemapper to see how many Princess ships on departure and arrival - if there are only 2 you will probably be at the Princess Terminals

The past two cruises, July and November they did not have them in the rooms. 😞

For your sake I hope it works out. A few years back our cabin was changed because they needed our cabin since it would accomodate more.
