  1. Gold & Platinum will receive one per member, 11.2 oz carton. Sapphire, Diamond & Ambassador receive two per member, 11.2 oz cartons.
  2. You might already have gotten helpful information if you had used other information than "Mountain Forest Tram in ISP" as your only clarification. I needed to copy that info into a separate search, because I had no clue that you were actually referring to Icy Straight Point in Alaska. Ship, date, &/or itinerary would have been helpful! Generally speaking, 3-letter acronyms are airports abbreviations (such as LGA = LaGuardia). I do hope someone else has good information for you soon!
  3. I found this video of 14256, which shows the balcony. However, keep in mind, the balcony would be similar angle of 14278, but still different because of it's location on the ship. I hope this helps!!!
  4. I have no actual experience with the Galaxy Pavillion, but since nobody has replied to your question yet, I did some research: https://www.ncl.com/faq#!#cost-norwegian-joy-galaxy-race-track-laser-tag Also, I pulled-out our Encore (April) Freestyle Daily (Day 1). It lists, "... Galaxy Pavillion and LaserTag by using any Digital Touchscreen at every deck elevator/landing or at the Social Comedy Club..." I do realize that the above information is rather vague, yet I hope that it helps somewhat!
  5. OLD map! See this for updated information/map - - https://www.ncl.com/freestyle-cruise/great-stirrup-cay#gsc-map
  6. ^^^ Best answer! ^^^ Using the term/acronym "FCC" tends to muddle people's understanding of NCL's assorted Terms and Conditions. While each might be very similar from cruisers' points of view, the usage of each "certificate" can be VERY, VERY different with NCL!!!
  7. Currently at the upper left hand side of NCL website is a link that takes you to a page where you'd have found this: https://www.ncl.com/sail-safe#sail-safe-faq
  8. It seem that things have gone somewhat off topic and away from your question! NCL (like any cruise line) is trying to make as much income as possible. Therefore, it seems quite likely that you might feel as if they are constantly trying to sell you something (aka "Nickle and Dime"). However, just because someone is doing their job (in the hopes of getting purchasers), it does not mean that anything must be purchased! We have found it very easy to ignore the advertising in the "Frees Style Daily", the hand-outs (flyers), and the sales pitches that don't appeal to us. Because, we understand their need to generate that business. Just smile and say, "No, thank you!"
  9. Have you read through the FAQ on: https://www.ncl.com/sail-safe#sail-safe-faq (I would NOT say "for fact" that it would be accepted.) However, it seems "likely," IF the following information is complete. Your name, which should match the name on your travel documents Your date of birth The result of the test The date the test sample was collected The name of the test provider Confirmation of the type of test provided
  10. Maybe I am misunderstanding your intentions, however, if you want to use Onboard Credit, you would not be able to pre-purchase the Spa Pass with those, as it can only be used once onboard. (My remarks about this is just an FYI for anyone who might not be aware of NCL's OBC!)
  11. Very nice, Thank you for posting!
  12. You are correct, and I sure did word that poorly!
  13. @CruiseDealSweeper How sad for your family that this has happened! Unfortunately, companies are having to make cost-cutting decisions during these very trying times. A huge chunk of the issue lies with Hawaii's terms that most employees "HAVE TO BE" US Citizens! That alone has presented problems for staffing the NCL ship(s) from/to Hawaii. That has been the case for many years!!! Because NCL was forced to make some decisions, in all likelihood, passengers booked in suites (and/or higher-fare balcony rooms) would be the last groups to be cancelled, as they tend to be less thrifty while onboard the ships.
  14. Until you get a notification from NCL saying you did not, it might still be possible.
  15. It depends! Does your Big Box participate in the Upgrade Advantage?
  16. Are you actually asking If you bid and win an upgrade to a suite (that does NOT have Spa access) if you will loose you Spa access from your original booking? If so, the answer is YES, you loose Spa access if the suite does not have it!
  17. We have always receive REFUNDABLE OBC for cancelled excursions that are cancelled once onboard! IF that occurs, we have been able to get cash refunds from the "Guest Services Desk". However, they do have dollar amount limits, so you might receive funds back by check (or back to original form of payment) after the cruise, which generally takes 3+ weeks.
  18. Fortunately, @bookbabe actually got to GSC!!! The Encore didn't make it in April (when we were hoping to get there). Maybe on our next cruise?!
  19. Loosely said, YES! What I mean is, the instructions will tell you when and where to meet. Generally, it will be someplace large (like the theater). In general, you can go at your leisure. However, if you want to go first thing (to enjoy that "investment," follow the ticket instructions. (OR, ask your concierge if you are in the Haven!!!)
  20. You DO NOT pick your Villa! You will find tickets in your room (with more info provided)! You might enjoy this post (currently 6 pages long, but plenty of info and photos).
  21. Yes! However, you can only do that when onboard the ship. (Quite literally, it is On Board Credit)! Also, the other thing you might not realize, the $50 Shore Excursion Credit is for use by the 1st Passenger(solely) listed on the reservation! The credit can NOT be split up, nor can it be used by trying to have first person book and second (3rd, 4th, etc. persons) try to use it! (NCL has gotten wise to this happening!!!)
  22. The S4 rooms are actually very nice for a couple! I thought that we would miss a balcony, but those huge windows give such an awesome view, and, if we wanted to go outside to fresh air, we just walked out to the pool deck, or went up to deck 13.
  23. The answer to the suite itself actually depends on which "Family Suite"! An S4 on deck 11, does have a balcony, and, in fact is a 2-bedroom suite. An SP on deck 12, does NOT have a balcony and is one large room. You really should look at the deck plans for yourself to decide!!! https://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/star/deck-plans (look for deck # next to the ship icon --upper right!) WiFi is included (to some extent 😃 in the FREE at SEA package. Depending on usage, you might need to pay to upgrade (but also depends on which perks you have selected for your booking... xx number of minutes vs unlimited). All other amenities depend on your booking, so we can't actually answer that question directly! You would need to read NCL's Terms and conditions for your booking.
  24. If you are trying to use the "Upgrade Advantage" you should have been able to see in the long list of Terms and Conditions that the pricing is based on Double Occupancy. In your case, it might work best to try calling for upgrading yourself!
  25. This question was answered two days ago on the NCL Star Q&A section by @Sailing12Away - - https://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/star/cruise-questions
