  1. Forgive me if I am misunderstanding your question... You are a group of three staterooms, with Free at Sea meals as part of your booking(s). Correct? You made the reservation(s) for the number of people with whom you wish to enjoy the meal(s)? If these are the facts: Each guest has Free at Sea meal(s) in their name. You have reserved Cagney's and wish to dine outside. And, you each want to "pay" for your meal with your individual dining perk. Then, the answer to your questions are, YES! Except, you can only request outdoor seating at the time you show-up for your reservation, and might possibly need to wait for a table to be available. Hopefully, I answered your questions as needed.
  2. You should be able to book dining already. If it's not available when logged into your account reservation, you will likely need to book once you are onboard the ship. The Pearl does not require reservations for the theater shows... show up and choose your seat(s)! I can't address the APP.
  3. You could try looking at what "might" be available to you by searching on the generic sight (not signed into your account). Then, if you want/need to call the Shore Excursions desk to make changes.

  6. The closest bar would be the Silver Cove bar. However, you could order drinks from a server. I've enclosed the link below for the GSC map (It is semi-interactive, so you can click on the orange dots to see what is at that location). For us, the walk would be easy for either bar.   7. It seems like the "rules" (and/or methods used) just keep changing. Certainly frustrating for the end users. 🤔 I hope that your account(s) are settled satisfactorily, soon!
  8. Maybe, if you are in the HAVEN, you might be able to get unopened cans of soda. However, generally speaking, neither of the beverage packages include cans of soda as a standard item!
  9. Harvest Caye does not have to be as much of a problem as many make it seem. You have the opportunity to return to the ship to eat, and then return to the island. Many people complain about it being "way too long of a walk." Yet, the island is not very big!!! However, if you go to a water park/amusement park in the US, aren't you and your family walking some long distances throughout the day? Also, there are a few benches along the way. Overall, Harvest Caye is worth a visit! The grounds are lovely. There are nice exhibits and shaded areas to rest. The pool is wonderful and the beach is nice (sometimes depends in recent weather).

  12. Did you you mean to ask about consulting with your PCC (cruise consultant)? If you do not have a direct number, call the main line and they can redirect you. If instead, you are looking for FCC that may exist, you "should" be able to view that in MyNCL (at the bottom of bookings.) However, bear in mind it is often only given to the Primary passenger (so check that account). Or if it was split FCC check each account. *** My apologies if I misunderstood your post!

  17. You are correct. It "should" show-up when signed into your account. But, if not you can always try contacting NCL via phone or chat. On some ships they sell-out quickly!
  18. When trying to rationalize any expectations vs. NCL rules, it's best to have fully read the Upgrade Advantage FAQ, before engaging in the bidding process.   19. If you selected NCL flights as part of your booking, YOU won't be booking flights. NCL will contact you sometime closer to your cruise with your flight information. If you are booking independently, you are free to book your flights whenever you are able.
