    Because you are, (or would be?), booking in the Penalty Period, there would not be much of the booking directly refunded. More than likely your wife's account would receive a Future Cruise Credit at a value largely reduced. Some of her items would be credited back to the Credit Card used to book the cruise. Good luck!

    It would seem quite likely. However, do note that there have been assorted "Supply issues." Sadly, lack of supply is a possibility. Good luck to you!

    The PRE-CRUISE Concierge will reply to your request to, "Please discuss your selections with your Butler once onboard the ship!" (Or wording something like that.) There have been many "LIVE" post recently with pics of afternoon snacks.

    Alcohol is not served at CC Meet & Greets. Haven/VIP and Latitudes will have NCL's selection of beverages available. (If you request something different from the bar, you might have to pay).

    NCL mostly covers themselves within their Terms & Conditions. Generally speaking, the "bottom line" of the Terms & Conditions IS (actually at, or near) the last sentence! And boy, aren't those T&C's wordy and numerous!!!

    You can also book/make changes onboard (go right away)!

    Make Reservation for 2 people! They understand when you check-in! Booking "Set-Fee" restaurants first (whatever day you choose) and then Ala Carte after that (because they don't pre-charge for Alal-Carte).

    Things are quite often wonky on NCL's website! Perhaps your PCC can send you an "Amenities Invoice" if you request it. It seems that they aren't sent automatically anymore. In the past, we have found them useful for clarification purposes.
