  3. If you are moderately proficient with PowerPoint (or similar program), it is fairly easy to use NCL's online Luggage Tag as the template to create multiples of your own to print. DH does this every time we do not get tags mailed.
  4. Log into your My NCl. Open Your cruise booking, and towards the top of that page you should find EXPLORE and PLAN. Scroll down to Spa & Thermal Suite. Open and look in there! Good luck with your search!!!
  5. This is just speculation on my part: I have read, and seen recent pictures of L'Occtaine products posted in Haven suites on the Joy. Perhaps each ship is using older stock up for the Latitudes rooms, and/or, SUPPLY CHAIN issues are causing the disparity of what is available! (Which would explain why three of us have posted three different brands.)
  6. Check the Freestyle Daily (or, some bar menus) on your cruise for "The Drink of the Day" if you are paying per drink prices. There might be some savings.

  8. @rbxlady Hopefully, everything works-out fine for you and your family! After I had posted, I realized that it has been over 5 years since I last used a weeklong pass to a Thermal Spa (which did sell-out on that cruise). Prices used to be significantly lower (as expected) back then. I apologize for outdated information.
  9. It looks like your contact info is incomplete (No check-mark)! Did you name someone NOT on the cruise with you? We entered one of our sons name/phone! We've had the system reject a few things we had entered and had to re-enter our phone numbers (for a third time), and then re-watch the safety video. Frustrating, but it did finally complete, without us having to call NCL.
  10. Spa passes are very popular and tend to sell-out pre-cruise. Sometimes they do have Day Passes available. I believe that OBC can be used for the SPA, when purchased onboard. Hopefully, I am correct.
  11. The upfront cost of the Beverage package is $19.80 USD per person, per day. If you you will not average two alcohol beverages each day, then it probably would be wisest to cancel the package! The only circumstances (that I have read about) allowing cancelation of one beverage package would be for verifiable MEDICAL reasons. If you have special circumstances that prevent you from being able to consume alcohol, try contacting the Guest with Special Needs department.   12. Butler and Concierge are not included in the Daily Service Charge. Therefore, most passengers generally tip with cash. If unfamiliar the Daily Service Charges are: $20.00 USD per person, per day, for The Haven and Suites; $18.00 USD per person, per day, for Club Balcony Suite; $16.00 USD per person, per day, for all other stateroom types
  13. @nudistcruzer and @LGinPA, you have posted to a thread that was last utilized Oct 2017. Therefore, please be aware that some things have changed! - The weekly "laundry special" has increased in price to $29! (And, the bag is smaller than used to be.) - If you happen to be a Platinum (or higher) Latitudes member, you will receive 1 bag per week/per upper Latitudes member. - "Club Balcony Suites" receive a free bag of laundry. However, I don't know if that is one time per cruiser and/or per week).

  20. Nice to see you back @JamieLogical! The Prima seems to be the only ship currently with the "same" menu in the MDR, but it seems that they are otherwise heading that direction.
  21. There typically will be Trivia. Usually it takes place in the Atrium (where they can use the big screen to show the questions).
  22. What I was truly trying to state was the timing was early enough that status could easily have changed over the hours. Tropical storms are often tricky.
