Where do you get your cup?

DH and I have the Premium Drink Package and DD has the soda package....

How, or where do we get our cups?

Are they in our cabin, or do we have to go somewhere to get them?

My understanding is that it will be in your cabin.

Always in your cabin , unless you sign up when boarding then they give it to you right there

If they are not in your cabin when you get in there call the bar manager. They will make sure you get one.

Last time we had a soda package, we were told they would be in our room. They weren't but we swung by GS and they gave them to us right there, no issues.

It is supposed to be in your cabin. On our recent cruise I had signed up for the pop package but my cup was not in the cabin when they opened. On our way to GS we walked by a table on the Royal Promenade selling the cups and told them my cup wasn't in the cabin and they just handed me one.

They should be in your room, and will likely all be identical.

If you want different colors/designs to be able to easily tell whose is whose, just keep them wrapped in the shrink-wrap and take them to the table in the Promenade (or in front of the Windjammer) where they are selling the packages. They'll let you trade your cup for a different color, as long as it's still in the original wrapping.

Also note that you will have a logo on your SeaPass card showing that you have the drink package, so you can get a drink at any bar at any time, even without the cup. The cup is only needed to use the Coke Freestyle machine, if your ship has those (not all do).
