Halloween Surprises

I hate to ask such a trivial question, but The Boss wants to know what to expect onboard during Halloween since we sail on the Navigator on 28 Oct. Does Regent do anything special? Will I have to bring my poodle outfit? I could bring my old flight suit, but I think it only stretches so far and there may not be enough Velcro to hold it in. Thanks in advance for your responses and possible heckling.

Wow. Such wonderful and informative inputs. 356 views and the only responses I get are about my poodle outfit.

We are so looking forward to getting out of South Florida and into cooler weather. We are also sailing with our good friends aka 1Teach53.

We sailed on Navigator 4 years ago over Halloween, likely same cruise as you? Montreal to Miami? Halloween evening we had an overnight port in New York. The ship was very tastefully decorated, pumpkins and other carvings and Halloween masks in certain areas. I remember a few doors had small amounts of decorations too. The ship had a great vibe all round, and I have to say it was our best cruise and as usual the Navigator feels so friendly and easy for everyone to get to know each other. I don’t recall anyone in actual Halloween dress, but my effort was Halloween hair slides, so I felt I had made the effort.:D

Have a wonderful cruise. Jean.

We were on the Explorer last year on Halloween. They did an amazing job of decorating. The bar across from the casino (cannot remember the name) was transformed. There were a few people in mild costumes. We enjoyed what they did. I also did my part with colors and light up necklace.

Jean: that’s correct, Montreal to Miami.

Rachel and Jackie: you wish I would put on a tutu because I have the legs to pull it off. I would just have to shave them.

Oops sent too fast. So if you are looking to Monster Mash or Time Warp or just have a fun time, I expect that will be on your agenda.

And some of the costumes were fantastic. CD Lorraine as the Twister game - fun and unique at the same time.

George and I were sitting in the Admiral's Club at DFW once on Halloween, and this big husky guy with hairy legs walked in wearing a t shirt, workboots and a pink tutu. He must have lost a bet.
