Can you buy bottles of wine on board to take back to your room on Anthem of the Seas?

We are bringing a couple bottles but it's a 9 Night Cruise so the wife wants to know if she can buy more on board. She doesn't want to have to run to a bar to get a glass of wine if she's in the room. Also can you do the same with a 6 or 12 pack of beer? (We do have the booze package). It would be nice to have the room fridge stocked with beer.

Thanks!

Yes you can buy wine by the bottle. And I believe with the drink package there is some sort of a discount for a whole bottle. No to the beer. You can buy one at a time and stock your fridge. But honestly, it won't keep beer cold, only cool.

Or you can find some D+ members and offer to buy their wine gift from them. I'm sure it's cheaper than RCL.:D

Hmm...if you don't want wine as a gift...there are plenty of other options that are there for your choosing.

Used to be able to buy 5 bottles of beer in a collapsible bucket/cooler thing. The bottles were unopened, and there was a small bottle opener attached. Not sure if it is still offered. Easy to take the bottles back to the room.

You can PAY for that.

You can't get that with the drink package

Another option - bring a cheap plastic funnel and after you've finished a bottle fill it up with free glasses from the bar :-)

Free! Nothing is free, unless the Op is D or higher and takes advantage of the Happy Hour 3 drinks.:')

The OP has already mentioned they have purchased the beverage package, so yes, they are in fact free.

If you’re going to be pedantic, then the D beverages aren’t free either, as you’ve paid tens of thousands of dollars to achieve that status
