Stateroom phone

Is the $1.99 p/min stateroom phone charge now in effect.

Should be..A lot of posts about this and John H made a comment about this on his facebook page

I know when I cruised last year in march they had a flyer in the cabin saying it was a new low cost of $1.99/min.

They charge 1.99 for use of cabin phone but 2.49 for cell phone(mine is ATT).:confused::rolleyes:

Hoping for $1.99 when I go in April so I can call my kids at least once or twice without breaking the bank!

cellular service is provided by cellular at sea. I think the cabin phone is on different network/system thus cheaper rates

Just got home yesterday from the Elation. 1.99 per min

last week on the dream it was $1.99.:)

Stateroom is around 1.99/min

Cellphone is around 2.49/min

Yup...charged to your S&S. That's a really good rate, isn't it? I'll be calling home when I'm gone:)

OK..never cruised Carnival before...first booked for June. Is the $1.99 per minute from ship to shore OR any time you use it, even from cabin to cabin?:eek:

You mean they charge you $1.99 per minute for a cabin to cabin phone call?

Ship to shore only:) Doesn't cost a thing for cabin to cabin:)

It was $1.99 on my Feb 4 Fascination cruise....

Yep, 1.99 minute on the Elation the week of 2/11. It was great to talk with our kids at college mid-cruise.
