Just back from the pre inaugural and have to say I had a fantastic time. A few teething problems with the restaurant and staterooms but Im sure they will be ironed out. Ship looks great and staff as friendly as ever. Below are links to my photos incl. public areas/various staterooms etc...

Wow, thank you so much for sharing all of your pictures. Seeing the pictures just adds to my excitement! I won't be cruising on the Eurodam until January, and I'll probably be on this site every day until then...:D

Can you tell us what cabin type this is? I've never seen the dressing table near the door before.

Thank you for identifying this cabin as 1673, a VB. It does have a different configuration than the VB or VA I've been in on the Noordam.

Your pictures of the ship are wonderful. Thanks so much for posting them.

Where is this located:

Should we take guesses?:D

My first thought by looking at the background was the Explorers Lounge, but I have changed my mind I am guessing it is what they call Captain's Corner on the Port side of the Crow's Nest.

Where is this?

Its the Kings Room if I remember rightly.

The other pic is from the Sports bar and the seats are like the shape of a baseball glove. Pretty cool if you ask me :D

Im glad you enjoyed the pics. I tried to do my best to get as many varied views as possible. I have emailed in my review so hopefully it will be accepted and posted tomorrow.

Must add that the show in the evening was top class and I really enjoyed it. I have yet to be convinced of the use of the Cabana's in the Lido and Retreat but thats just my honest opinion. Others may think differently.

I loved the Aqua Spa and the thermal suites. The center piece in the atrium referred to the ''Condom'' by some is a bad choice in my opinion. I just dont like it and it makes the atrium look weird when you are standing near it. Alot of the people on board said the same thing. On Friday nights event it was a mix of VIP's/Mariners/Press and travrl agents.

The Captain is very nice and said hi to everyone. He looks different in person than his photos. There is another guy who is Dutch and a senior crew member who is nearly 7ft tall !! You cant miss him. Anyway he was dancing with everyone in the nightclub. The crew really mingled and made everyone feel welcome. The speciality coffees in the Explorers lounge are excellent, they do a mean cappuchino and thats always a winner with me. They also have great Cinnamon Rolls. Another thing not to miss is the Cinnamon Ice cream in the buffet. Its like nothing else you ever tasted and was hard not to go back for seconds.
