Capris pants in dining room

Does anyone know if wearing capris pants in the dining room (Enchantment of the Seas) is allowed?

Yes, I saw a lot of women wear them on the Brilliance on the casual nights.
I plan to wear them on my next cruise.

I have worn them and with a "dressy" top and dressier sandles and thought it was fine. Just my opinion though.

Most definetly there are okay to wear. I've seen them on casual nights and with a fancier top and dressy sandals on semi-formal nights.

Yes, it almost seemed to be the norm. There are so many cute capri sets or outfits now everytime I'm out shopping and see one I always say that would be so cute on a cruise!
You won't be wrong in wearing capri's in the dining room.

I wear them for casual and semi dressy nights. Just dressier for semi formal. It is really hard to find anything but Capri's these days. BTW - I usually wear flat sandals when I wear them casual. I happen to agree with ugyvel - and I am a girl. (By the way - there are a jillion threads about this on the fashion board - and everyone has their own opinions of course [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]) Most of the women I see in capris (the shorter versions), would look better in at least ankle length britches. Unless you have great legs, and are quite slim - they are extremely unflattering. And if they are the baggy ones - they look downright silly. JMHO.

another female who agrees with ugyvel. i think they are ugly and can't wait for this style to pass. half the women that wear them look like they have pants that are too short. to me it looks like this fad started when all the super models were too tall for the size 2 pants they were wearing so the designers told women oh this is the new style. yuck. go away soon.

I have seen EXTREMELY few guys that look good in speedos (olympic swimmers come to mind). They should be left at home as well.

I'd love to be looking at the right ladies, but not many supermodels on cruise ships!

When they 1st came out I also hated them because I remembered them from my youth..oh so long ago. Now I wear them because they're cooler than slacks and please remember some of us are too old &/or too heavy for shorts! You would be happy to see less leg!

speedos should be against the law, and capris, well i think that they are for people who can't decide between shorts and regular length pants.....JMHO. I am not planning on getting any for my upcoming cruise.....but i agree with the people who said that they are really all you can find. some of these manufacturers ruin a perfectly good outfit by making the bottoms capris.
