Which tropical islands and ports have you been to and which 3 are your favorites?

Very tough to pick a top 3 but I'll try!

 

1. St. John...took the ferry over from St. Thomas and spent the day at Cinnamon Bay. Beautiful, secluded beach and awesome scenery.

 

2. St. Lucia...one word: gorgeous!

 

3. Martinique...lush and interesting, both the culture and the scenery.

 

Honorable mention:

 

St. Kitts/Nevis and Barbados

In October I am doing the new Miracle Southen route so I can hit four ports that are all brand new to me. I can't wait for that.

My favorite is Roatan. DH and I loved it so much that we are seriously looking into buying a property there and moving once the kids are older and on their own.

 

Other favorites are St. Maarten and St. Thomas.

My top three are:

 

St. Lucia - Jalousie Beach, nestled between the twin Pitons, is the most gorgeous place I've ever been. It felt so secluded, it reminds me of that show Fantasy Island from when I was a kid.

 

Virgin Gorda - the Baths are so unique and pristine.

 

St. Thomas - I love the snorkeling and beautiful beaches and the great ferry system to go over to St. John.

I love St Thomas the beach and the shopping

 

St Maarten is gorgeous as well..that is where we went to the nude beach and somehow my aunt found a very secluded one so there were only a few people there with us.

 

I loved the beach of Half Moon Cay

 

I am not much of a beach person but I love going in the water and seeing my feet..LOL

Cozumel-love love love it.. I enjoy the beaches, the people are super nice. I just always enjoy my day in Coz!

 

Aruba-the island was amazing, visited Aruba 10 yrs ago on my first cruise and just had the best day

 

Half Moon Cay-just because it was truly paradise

 

Honestly there is not one island that I wouldn't go to again.. I always have a good time while on vacation and esp on a cruise!!!

I have been to St. Martin, St. Thomas, Nassau, and Turks & Caico. I would have to say I LOVED all of them except Nassau. To me Nassau seemed just like Florida.

St. Thomas would have to be my favorite because of how breathtakingly gorgeous it is. We took a Sonny Liston tour and that was super fun as well.
