Princess website down.

I am unable to log in......

Just off the phone with Princess and the website is down.

Their IT dept is workiing on it, just in case anyone else gets the same response.

Thanks. I too just tried to log in. Said my email /and or password was incorrect so I came here and sure enough a thread telling me what was wrong! Thanks!

She said it may recover user names and PW's but not guaranteed.

I think this happened a couple of months ago too?

Never affected me that time. We shall see. :(

I was able to log on just a few minutes ago and print my boarding pass & luggage tags so maybe they fixed it.

The last time was after people had entered a promotion/contest. Just tried to register as "New" and got this error message:

 

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again. If you continue to have problems, please call 1-800-PRINCESS.

No problems logging in, they must have fixed it.

This happens all the time. You would think they would figure out what they are doing to "break" it at some point, but Nooooooo, they keep doing it. LOL :p

 

I find it best to wait it out, or if I really need to get on the website call Princess to set up password reset. I don't try it myself, it seems to work better that way.

No matter how many times the Princess site goes down it still isn't as bad as the sad excuse for a website that Celebrity offers (and Holland America's re-design isn't very user-friendly while we're on this subject). I've noticed that I can navigate the Princess site with the most ease and speed of any other cruise line site.

Had the same problem yesterday however its working fine this morning. This is why I always print out our forms at least a week before.
