I also would like to know what kind of "offer". Sounds like a casino offer. I would love an offer like this:)

 

It would be worth it for me even with air fare added.

Not a casino offer. Just one of the random VIFP special offers that get sent out to select people.

 

I have the same offer. There are about 15 Journeys cruises (10-14 days for each) that are $75 per person, plus taxes, with $150 OBC.

 

The crappy part....I have cruised twice this year and I'm out of vacation. I can book for next January but my fiance will be in her final 4 weeks of pregnancy.

Someone joined our roll call for the Jan 23 Miami to SJ 10 nighter and said they booked a balcony for under $500 while the rate for an inside was $75pp.

 

Great deal if it was offered to you!!!

 

I'm already booked so I don't think I'll see this offer......

Indeed, for a different cruise. However, I posted that someone on my roll call said they received the offer for the cruise I was already booked on, and I said I doubt CCL would lower a booked fare.......I have 5 cruises and 3 land vacations booked through February '16 and for the right fare, like this $150 inside or $500 balcony offer, I would certainly do another.

My ex and I just called it quits and we were booked on a Journey cruise for Dec....the kicker....it was under his VIFP number and I have no such deal under mine so I'm screwed and have to cancel. I called a friend to see if she wanted to take his place even though the current rate would be around $225 more. Then I looked at her VIFP and her rate was better than his! $500 less for the cruise I have booked in December and the rates you quoted above for Jan Journey cruises! Since she doesn't have much vacation time left for this year, we're looking into one in Jan from New Orleans to SJ - she didn't want to sail Carnival again but at that rate, she said she might not be able to refuse!

Sure wish I'd get a cruise offer like those above, especially after sailing with Carnival 18 times since 1995 and sailing aboard the Dream in 105 more days! How many cruises qualify for this kind of offer?

I said the same thing and you have cruised way more than me! I NEVER have offers under my VIFP. Sometimes I wonder if it's b/c I don't drink and my tab at the end of the cruise is nothing. My friend who got this offer had a pretty nice bar tab when we cruised last year and I wonder if it's just a way to get their repeat business since she doesn't cruise often with them.
