I am a big fan of this webcam site and was excited when they added Juneau. I check the port webcams every morning and sometimes in the afternoon. It amazes me that 3 am, in Juneau, the sun is up and looks mid morning. Can't wait for Winter time.

I believe that it only appears away from the shoreline because the dock is so far out from the shore.

Princess typically uses the South Franklin Street dock but at her angle, the Star appears to be docked at the more remote AJ dock. Unless there are three Princess ships in port, they should dock at one of the two above docks. I have seen Celebrity ships that have had to tender. Edited June 1, 2016 by IECalCruiser

We're on the Solstice next week and will be docked, alternating weeks are tendered.
