We really fancied the Lahaina Luau - but its too far from the ship. We are going to try one in Honolulu. We want to try and see one just 'cos we are there' these things have to be done.

Thanks again

I absolutely loved the blog. I enjoyed every word and every picture. You did a fantastic job Mongee. I really appreciated the amount of research and planning that went into your trip. I learned a lot for my upcoming cruise in 220something days :(. Reading your blog helped pass the time though! Thank You!

The last sections of the blog are grey and I cant access them. Is that because they are not written yet?

Yes, the ones in grey are still to be written. I am currently working on the next one, have just uploaded the photos to Flickr and will hopefully get the post up tonight (it's 6.30am Friday where I am).

PS - it's about Molokini

This is one of my favourite ports. The photo with the ABC store - opposite the banyan tree - has the best pub/diner above it - we plan to eat here again in February. Its such a wonderful town. Thank you

I really loved Lahaina too, it had atmosphere and looks gorgeous.

Mongee, your review is outstanding!! Love the Flintstone mobile.

Thank you so much!

Oh wow I loved your Lanai post! We hope to take the ferry over when we go in 2 weeks. It was great to see some pictures.

By the way, I leave your blog up on my phone and check every day for the next installment. :)

Thank you for saying that, it brightened my day!

Wow, your departure pictures are amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful trip with us, you did an outstanding job!

Thank you. I love having the window seat because I love looking at the clouds and the land down below and of course I love taking photos of it all. I was amazed at how good the photos of Maui from the air turned out, just gorgeous. It was so, so, so much fun to relive our fantastic holiday by doing this blog. I can't believe it's been almost four months since we returned home.

Once again thank you for posting all of your trip to Hawaii. I know it was a lot of work, but I loved reading every word. I can't wait to get there. You made all the sights sound so amazing. Wish we could stay longer than the cruise and see Lahaina (spelling?) it looks like a place that would stay in your heart for a long long time.

I'm so glad I found this posting.

  • 1 month later...

Just thought I would give this a bit of a nudge.

This time next week I will be on my way to San Francisco where I will be visiting my daughter who is currently living and working there. I've never been there before and have several things all planned and set to go. If anybody has any ideas on things I should do please let me know.

I appreciate your nudge. There were some places I wanted to review.

On my visit to SAN Francisco, I rode the HO-HO bus, then decided where I wanted to spend extra time. You can buy your tickets on the website and get a discount.
