Or is anyone else having trouble logging into the Princess site? Does not recognize my username, password, or email. I am, however, able to access my booking by putting in my last name and booking number. Just can't get into my account or reset my password.

There have been times when I have had difficulty logging on to Princess. Sometimes switching to a different browser seems to work.

 

FWIW, just a minute ago, I was able to log on--using Chrome.

No problem signing in & accessing my information using Safari.

 

 

 

It might be another weekend snafu when website changes are routinely made which have regularly been reported here. Sometimes when it's a sign in problem it requires calling Princess to correct the problem which seems to be easier to accomplish during business hours Monday to Friday.

if you are coping and pasting username or password or using a password storing program, make sure you aren't including a space in either username or password.

It happens occasionally. Sometimes, you log in and it does not seem to go through- but then you click on my booking- and it will take you there.
