The cards arrived today. So 6 days from order to arrival to Texas from Illinois.

No, I think we have just been quiet!!!  

Usually on Wednesday we get the Allstate Rewards email with the code, but haven't gotten it yet today!

Yep, don't know how to fix that. I logged out when there, closed the tab, clicked the code link again and it went to the site again logged in.

Yes, I also asked for it to be removed.  I know I have been able to edit my posts before, but I guess there is a time limit on it??

Now when I click on it I can still go to my page, but then to go any further I must log in.

So I just went up to look, and you are correct.  I can't actually buy it without logging in.  I am still thinking this isn't a great fix, but it should work until the post comes down.

15 minute time limit.  Anything longer and a moderator would need to get rid of it.
