I work in the travel industry and we got a notification today regarding Enchantment moving to Galveston and the sailings currently schedule on Enchantment from June 2018 on, will be on the Mariner of the Seas. There should be more info coming out to public soon.

There will be 2 ships there this coming winter as well... Vision and Liberty.

If it does happen the Enchantment would go to Galveston not too long after the Vision goes to Europe. I do find it strange that the Vision is moving there for the winter, as mentioned Galveston has some of the lowest prices in the fleet.

Liberty is booked in Galveston through spring 2019.

 

Vision is there from Nov 2017 to April 18. We are booked on b3b on Vision January 2018.

Will she go into drydock in Asia before the Odysse or in the Bahamas?

Looks like I was right about the dry dock happening after arrival in Miami and lasting about 5 weeks. Not sure what will happen at the Aisian end where there's some unscheduled time.

All of the prices came in a bit higher than I expected.

Is this for the 3 Mariner cruises? That seems a lot. All 3 with a D+ discount came in around $11,000 for a JR Suite, including travel insurance and pre-paid gratuities.

I did not check all types but insides went up $50pp on all three legs

The new promo adds a 200 per cabin OBC and 50% deposit.

If you take to OBC you can not get the shareholder OBC.
