Price drop

The Captains Club can and does drop your fare or modify your sailing if you booked directly with Celebrity, either through the CC or a CVP. You just need to call. Our planner is off on weekends so if I find a price drop or want a cabin upgrade outside of her working hours I call the CC.

 

Good point. They are also very helpful with so many cruising questions. It helps that my CVP leaves a contact extension for her 'concierge' (assistant?) when she's off hours or out of office on her phone message/email. Very helpful when you don't want a certain cabin change or price to disappear overnight.

Our planner also leaves contact information when she is not available. When we booked our last cruise she mentioned having a concierge to help with travel arrangements. The concierge called earlier this week to see if we wanted help booking air fare.

Thank You! What number do you call to reach him? I don't get an option for extensions when I call the regular Celebrity number.
