anybody having problems buying anything on Cruise Planner?

I have been trying to purchase the soda package with voom for our cruise in April using the Firefox browser.

 

Whenever I click on the package to purchase it I get a bad request statement on my browser.

 

I shut down Firefox and tried using Chrome only to have RCI's website say my reservation was being modified and to try later.

 

I hope that they are repricing my cruise.:eek:

If the reservation wasn't properly exited out of it takes about 30 minutes to clear out naturally. Try again after about a half hour and you should be good.

It's Saturday night. The website undergoes maintenance every Saturday night. Try again tomorrow.

I did not know that. I was having issues with the purchase of a drink package. Thanks for the info!

TYVM. I was able to log in and pay for the package using Chrome.

I just bought the drink package a dinner at Chops for next years Thanksgiving cruise. Too good to pass up. I was kind of surprised I was able to purchase & book dining this far out.

No problems here using Chrome browser - booked 3 items on 2 different cruises.

 

The discounts come back for Cyber Monday deals tomorrow...even though some folks can already see them today when checking their cruise planner page.

Could you explain Chrome browser. We have been trying to book the Character Breakfast since Nov. 8. This is when it was to be available online.
