This is our first cruise on Princess and sadly will be our last.

 

We had a choice between this cruise and a RCI cruise with a similar Itinerary and chose the Princess Cruise based off the Sip And Sail Promotion.

 

I will not reward a company with my vacation dollars that cannot live up the terms of their own package.

I think most people would consider going from the terms of the All Inclusive Beverage Package to the Premium Beverage Package a downgrade rather than an upgrade.

That is correct - unlimited non-alcolohic drinks and a limit of 15 alcoholic drinks.

That sucks. But with that being said I think even with coffee in the morning and bottled water, I will still not get up to 15 drinks per day. And I can drink my fare share. With my husband and I both having SNS for our Alaska cruise, I think we will be OK.

We had no problem getting small bottles of Perrier (they were out of Pelligrino so that was problematic) during 25 days on the Royal Princess in October/November.

And we had the same experience on the Emerald for 28 days in October. (Except it was the opposite - had trouble finding Perrier because most places just had Pellegrino. ;p;p Looks like we had your Pellegrino and you had our Perrier)

I love Perrier and indulging myself as often as I want is one of the things I love most about having a beverage package.

Rationally I know it doesn't cost that much to just keep buying it bottle by bottle but I know I wouldn't do it without the package.
