Non Haven Suite check in at Miami

Hmm. Seems to be some serious misunderstanding here. I just got off the 12/7 Panama Canal Cruise out of Miami. I stayed in a non-haven penthouse suite. Checked in at the port with Haven guests and that was expected. Easy check in then a nice lunch at Cagney’s while we waited for our room to be ready.

Non-Haven suites get all the perks including priority boarding except access to the Haven. They even have breakfast and lunch in the suite restaurant. I wish they had these kind of suites on the newer ships. We never use the Haven pool.

Maybe it should be a problem that the Havenrestaurant is located within the Haven so that kind of suites on the never ship should miss that perk!

Every time we have sailed out of Miami the Haven and non-haven suites all checked in at the same spot, with the same stuff. The only difference between the two is the actual haven space on board, no difference in check-in, or other perks like the butlers, concierge, breakfast/lunch in Moderno/Cagneys, etc.
