Can onboard credit be used at the casino, or cash out if not used?

Our travel agent did a great job of getting use a nice chunk of onboard credit, can we use it in the casino or cash it out at the end of the cruise if we don't use it?

Yes but they will expect you to play some games at casino if you wish to do this

Just put your S&S card in a slot machine. Add the funds to your playing account from your S&S account. Play one round on the slot machine. Cash out. Easy as that.

Or avoid the second hand smoke and just withdraw it from the kiosk. Even easier than the casino method.
