Health Form?

We are cruising on Friday and when I printed off the documents there is no health form that you are supposed to sign. Am I missing something or did they get rid of it recently? They still had it when I cruised last Feb,

My guess is most people who were ill lied anyway to avoid losing their cruise

Other cruise lines are still using printed forms. The last time we sailed Carnival we had to answer the questions at check in on an i pad.

Just returned from a Miracle cruise on the 23rd September. No form and no questions asked.
