I have been trying to register for a M&M, I can see that over 100 others have registered, but just keep getting the following error.

 

Error

We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later.

 

Ay ideas what I am doing wrong?

Have you tried a different internet browser?

That can also mean you are actually already registered.

 

RCI cannot figure out how to tell you that you are already registered.

 

If are not sure, go to Guest Sevices when you board and ask.  They will need to contact the Group Coordinator to get the info.  Then just show up.

What ever happened?? We are having the same issue for our Feb 2019 cruise??

I found on our last cruise, that is the message when you try to sign up, but are already signed up.

If you can't get signed up, when you board got o Quest Services and ask for the Group Coordinator.

 

The Group Coordinator is the one who sets it up.  And they can tell you when and where it is.

 

I have NEVER gotten the invite.  First cruise, we missed it. Last cruise, we asked at Guest Services, and they had NO IDEA what I was talking about.  But they did track down the info, and we just went.
