The call center is still inSpringfield Oregon though reps are working from home.

 

No longer is that facility exclusive to C&A callers...but it does exist.

 

I asked to have a CVP (Certified Vacation Planner) assigned to my account.  She's fantastic and CVP's have direct extensions
