I believe that is Carole on the far right under the lifeboat.  There was not enough of a zoom to positively identify her.

I interpreted her position as under an actual lifeboat, not the fast rescue boat.

Yup, the first real lifeboat - not that orange 'whatever' in front. And I am really short.
