All I Need Is The Printed Seapass?

Correct, they'll have other forms at check-in usually, the attestation you aren't sick, confirm your sign and sail, etc.

Technically, you need a printed Set Sail Pass not Sea Pass. It's not a major deal but some people get confused between the two and it leads to problems sometimes. The Set Sail Pass is the document you need for boarding. The Sea Pass is the card you use on the ship to access your cabin and to make on board purchases.

There is no health form to fill out and If you post a picture to your documents, they will not take another picture.  Also you will not be required to fill out any declaration form when you leave the ship. but there will be dogs in the luggage area, looking . . ( fruit etc. . . . .)
