I’ve tried the routinely recommended deleting of cookies & history without success.

Thanks for all your help.  I switched the search engine on my iPad to Bing and I am now able to save future cruises from the Princess website.

 

If you are interested in how to do this simply go to the Settings app from your home screen and swipe down to Safari. Once in the Safari settings, you can tap on "Search Engine" to switch the default provider to Bing.
