Locate Cruise Critic Members

With the new format, I don’t know how to find a member so I can read some of his old reviews. 

Some are old favorites of mine. 

I used to be able to type in the screen name and the person would pop up. 

Help!!

If you see a posting from them you can hover over their name and pick find content

 

 

Or you can go to activity streams; create a new stream change ownership to memebr and start typing it in then pick the member you want and that will bring up all their content of you can do more filters and just choose reviews.

The reason I can’t find him is because I haven’t seen a post to click on. 

I went to activity stream and changed the ownership name and then got stuck. Not very computer literate. 

I’m looking for Sailor Jack’s posts. 

Used  to be able to see members’ names and then click on the one you’re looking for.

I used the Member search link that broberts very kindly put up for you in post 2 above and searched for Sailor Jack.  His profile page came up (link below), and it says he has no recent activity and has not visited since May 2013.

Wow! That’s not Sailor Jack!

Not the original, anyway. 

Sailor Jack was  on CC for years, and his reviews were hilarious. 

He mostly sailed on Royal Caribbean and he and Sailor Jill lived in Atlanta. 

I first read one of his reviews probably 10 years ago. They were in Egypt and he was disappointed to see the local men walking around looking like everybody else. 

They didn't walk like the Egyptians you see on the walls of tombs. Then they ride camels to the pyramids and he finds himself walking like an Egyptian. 

The whole review was hysterical and I was hooked. 

I wouldn’t have thought it was more than 6 years since I read one of his reviews. 

I wish I had printed his reviews to read when I need a lift!

Thanks for finding this guy, now I know Sailor Jack is no longer available. 

I got totally lost trying to search for him after I put in his name.
