Hotel Recommendations Near Liquor/Grocery Store FLL

Arriving 3 pm day before and would like to purchase some wine. Any hotel hints for short walk? Mid range price.

Anything along 17th Street will be within easy walking distance of the Harbor Shops Shopping Center (http://www.theharborshops.com/map.aspx) that has a Publix (grocery store) with a good wine selection and a Total Wine (lots and lots of wine with good prices).  Nearby hotels include the Embassy Suites, Hyatt Place, Four Points by Sheraton, Holiday Inn Express, Extended Stay America and the Renaissance.  The Hilton Marina is a little bit further away.

We usually stay at the Embassy Suites which is very close to the shops and TW.

We stay at the Best Western Airport Suite on State Road 84 Fort Lauderdale, there are places to eat plus places to buy groceries within easy walking distance. I have mobility issues so this works for me. If you sail out of POM, SAS will pick you up at the hotel.

Any hotel on 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale is close to the Publix Supermarket located in the Harbor Shops Shopping Complex. There are restaurants and bars there too. If you are purchasing wine for your voyage Total Wine has a great selection and great prices. Duffy’s Sports Bar has great drinks and great casual food and plenty of televisions for sports viewing.

The Embassy on 17th Street is very close to Publix and Total Wine.

Embassy suites stayed many times, convenient to Total Wine, PUblix and numerous restaurants as well as the port

Hampton Inn North Airport/Cruiseport also has grocery and liquor in walking distance, plus a couple restaurants. Usually good rates and always excellent service!
