Best place to grab lunch on Allure on embarkation day while waiting for room

So we are sailing on the Allure - January 26th, 2020.  We like to go to a bar or pub type atmosphere while we are waiting for our room to be ready.  Grab a Bloody Mary and some bar food for lunch.  Not interested in the buffet.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you all in advance!

Following.  We sail on Allure on February 2, 2020 and wondering the same.

We purchased the Ultimate/Unlimited Dining Package, so also considering Specialty Dining Venues as well.  Nothing against the WJ, but relaxation/de-stressing is the key word for this vacation.  Based on some of the Cruise Compasses we've seen posted recently it looks like some may be open as early as as 12:00noon.  If that is the case, are reservations required?

Sabor has a bar that you can sit at and eat but it is not a free venue

Or you can go to the On Air or Pub on the Royal Promenade and go over to Sorrentos and/or Cafe Promenade and get food and bring it back to the bar to eat it (free)

You can't make reservations before you get on board with the dining package anyways, so for embarkation day reservations at the specialty restaurants are not required.  They do sell the lunches online as individual purchases, so those folks that pre-pay will have priority.

When we had the UDP on Oasis, we walked right in to Chops on boarding day.

Park Café is in Central Park, with both inside and outside seating. There is also a bar in Central Park--get your drinks and go to Central Park Café, sitting outside for some awesome people watching. Light menu--soups, sandwiches(including panini), great roast beef on a bun(Kemmelweck), salad bar(they mix the items you choose, no self serve), cookies, cut fruit, and other sweets.

I love O’Sheehans on NLC.  It’s a pub with free bar food.  I don’t understand why RCI has not had a pub like that yet.  But then RCI has other great places to eat.  It would be nice to have both

YES!  That's exactly what we are used to...  board the ship and head directly to O'Sheehans for junky bar food and Bloody Mary's!  lol.  Oh well, I'm sure we will manage!

Thanks Barb!  We sailed on the Oasis a few years back and I do remember daily runs to Park Café for the roast beef on a bun sandwiches.  They were my favorite.  Thanks for the reply!
