vjmatty Posted October 22, 2019 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2019 (edited) It's been a couple of years since sailing Princess and I've seen a lot of discussion about the ever-evolving PBP package but can't find the answer with a search. My question is, sometimes I'll order a bottle of water with my espresso or cappuccino which is just for me, and I'm usually alone because I'm the first one up in the morning. The policy says one drink at a time, but does that mean within a type of drink, or when more than one person is present? I get that they're trying to prevent misuse, but it seems silly to get up and go to another venue for my water, especially since nothing else is open that early. frugaltravel Posted October 22, 2019 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2019 (edited) I am not sure of the answer to your question but if you can't get the water at the same time why not just get it the night before and leave it in your fridge? Then take it with you early the next morning. Seems like an easy solution that is not inconvenient. vjmatty Posted October 22, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted October 22, 2019 TBH I hadn’t thought of that....great idea! Thanks 🙂 I also hadn’t remembered that Princess has a fridge in all level cabins. It’s all coming back slowly 😉
Rare Paula_MacFan Posted October 22, 2019 #4 Share Posted October 22, 2019 We always grab a few extra bottles of water while out and about on the ship, then keep them in the room fridge to consume later. We take them ashore on excursions, etc. Easy!
Rare Tak8 Posted October 22, 2019 #5 Share Posted October 22, 2019 If i remember right from last May, you could get more than 1 drink but not alcohol. I seem to remember grabbing more than one bottle of water when going ashore.
Halley's Comet Posted October 22, 2019 #6 Share Posted October 22, 2019 Just off the Crown 10/8/2019, we had the package and had no problem getting a water and coffee or alcoholic drink at the same time.
NavyVeteran Posted October 22, 2019 #7 Share Posted October 22, 2019 I had no problem getting an alcoholic drink and a bottle of water at the same time at Crooner's. When I ordered the drink, the bartender often asked if I would like a water too.

Oak City Man Posted October 22, 2019 #10 Share Posted October 22, 2019 I always pre-order a case of water for the room. It's cheaper. Goes in the fridge and is always available. This must be done pre-cruise though.
