Aplmac Posted December 8, 2019 #1 Share Posted December 8, 2019 Not sure if this may have been mentioned already? but in case it has not, here is a link to my local island-newspaper reporting an unfortunate drowning while Grandeur of the Seas was in port. A 65-yr-old American man: His body was found floating in the water and was brought ashore by three unknown individuals... which might indicate a heart-attack, rather than 'getting into difficulties'? https://www.nationnews.com/nationnews/news/243014/update-drowning-pebbles-beach
BND Posted December 8, 2019 #2 Share Posted December 8, 2019 (edited) I know a few people currently onboard Grandeur. They do not know what exactly happened yet. This was posted yesterday on the Grandeur FB page. Edited December 8, 2019 by BND

ONECRUISER Posted December 8, 2019 #5 Share Posted December 8, 2019 Sad. Unfortunately we never realize how often this type thing happens, natural or accident. Over the yrs have had 7-8 pass away from my Cruises. Cant Imagine loosing Family member in Foreign Port far from home...
