I would argue the website is business critical right now.  They need consumers to find it easy and pleasant so they'll book cruises.  Abandoning the website would be like eliminating all school custodial staff so more teachers can be hired and ready to fill in as teachers start dropping with COVID-19.

 

Right now the website is playing a critical role in saving the company.

I have the new format but when inputting my c&a number it does not show the discount or fill in the name and birthdate.

Try changing web browsers.  I was having issues with Safari.  I changed to Opera and the discounts worked.  My C&A # carried fwd to the end for confirming the reservation, but my other personal details did not.

I still can find this new layout only in Firefox.  I fill in my C&A #, state, & 55 & over and when I continue it doesn't know me from Adam.  No discount is applied and the entire "Guest Information" page is blank except some phone number from Jersey that turns out to be an unsafe scam number that's already filled in as my only info. 😬

Sorry for being stupid!  On the new website design, how can you see the whole deck plan after you decide on a room category and deck. We used to be able to see all cabins and what was still available.

I was able to see that just fine on the new design website. I just clicked on any room in the cat then it brought up the deck plan and you could see all available rooms in the category. 
 

This new design is soooooooo much better when doing bookings on an iPad because you can easily see the rooms and deck plans.
