we rebooked a canceled 4/2020 cruise to 4/2021...I can see everthing on cruise manager is rebooked and we were given the OBC per our cancellation letter but I don't see the OBC listed anywhere...is there a specific place I should be looking to see if it is there?

if you booked directly with carnival, your OBC can be found:

-in your cruise confirmation email that you received

-On the Booking & Order Details page by clicking on View Balance Details

-In the cruise manager, click on Print Documents and check Print General Information. Go to Page 2

If you booked with a travel agent, you will need to contact them

I think I could see obc within 90 days even though I booked with a TA. ... once you can see documents and print boarding pass. Probably fewer days on shorter cruises.

I hope the OP doesn't mind me piggy-backing on this thread, but I have a similar question so thought it'd be silly to start a new one. I checked a couple older threads on the topic, but didn't find what I was looking for. We'll be getting shareholder's OBC for the first time on our next cruise. When approved, will that appear in the "General Information" documents?

What happens to the OBC balance if it is not all used by the end of the cruise?

From my experience on other cruise lines you loose it. Here’s what I have done. I went to the casino & loaded a $100 from my OBC onto a slot machine. I played for a few minutes & then cashed out the money. Nobody said anything.

Some OBC types do not show on the View Balance Details page on the website.  Try clicking on "print documents" and check the box to print General Information.  It should be visible on page 2, as @shof515 said.

Thank you very much. That was just what I needed.
