I’m so happy to see this!  We have never been on the Pride but we have been on the Miracle twice and love the Spirit class. We will be on Pride in Oct 2022 for her return transatlantic (another first for us!) and I’m even more excited after seeing your pictures if that’s even possible!

Bon Voyage!!

Stepped out of uber, walked 15 feet to first checkin where we were asked if we're vaccinated and tested.  Answered YES and permitted to walk inside. Line to next checkpoint was 4 people long, the pic of the man and podium.  He checked passport,  vaccination card and test results  and we were on our way to security, security line was 2 people ahead of us (see pic), then on to guest services, no line.  Seemed like same old process except to confirm vaccination card and look at the covid test digital certificate on our phones.  Hard copies not required.

Have a great time breaking her back in.  I'm two weeks away from being back on the Pride.  Please let us know how all the new protocols work and I'd love to know who's at the Alchemy Bar.  Cheers and enjoy!

Thank you for this info. Do you know if they were strictly enforcing check in times?

We have been on the Pride 10 times, it is our favorite ship.  It isn't as large as most ships, but believe the Spirit class has the highest space ratio (41:1) in the fleet.  I wish they added the Dive-in movies to the Legend during drydock.

Spirit class is our favorite by far!

We are on her next week can't wait. Hope you're having a great first night.

Now my ask ha.... A co-worker wants me to get her a bottle of White Hennessy . If you happen upon a price and remember can you please pass it along? She is paying she just wants to give me enough.

Thanks

Hey...if you're up for a couple more questions, and wouldn't mind...

We'll be sailing on the Pride on the 26th....questions I have are...

1. This one I'm pretty sure I know, but with all thats gone on, who can be sure. Prior to the ship leaving around 7PM...all was "going on" around the ship, specifically the MDR was in full operation? Sail away day just happens to be my birthday.....thinking I'd like to take advantage of YTD, grab dinner and be done before we go under the Bay Bridge...I'm thinking may be cool going under at night.

2. Comedy club. Curious if they will still be using The Butterflies Lounge or main theater and if any sort of "social distancing" will be in place/enforced.

Thanks....enjoy that cruise!!

I have a few questions if you would be so kind.  Did they offer any steakhouse specials?  Did they install any soda drink fountains that we have seen on other ships?  Trying to decide what to buy beforehand!

Thank you....😃

Steakhouse was the normal offering, I suppose they don't have that "3 special dining restaurants" deal because they only have to fixed price specialty places.  Steakhouse was a disaster.  I'm not big on writing reviews but I'll mention our Steakhouse experience in my brief review after catching up on questions.  I didn't see any soda drink fountains.  Pride was pretty much unchanged.

No social distancing anywhere on board.  Masks worn by perhaps 60% of cruisers, including in the casino and at the shows.  Some MDR meals they had someone stationed suggesting putting masks on, some didn't.  I spent a lot of time in the casino and most were not wearing masks.  Our Texas Hold'em table was usually packed, only the dealer and elderly wore masks.  Pit bosses also wore masks but nobody ever asked me to put mine on.  It was smoky so really hard to breathe with a mask on anyway.
