Now I've got a question:  I am fairly intelligent.  Having said that, I received two embarcation tags in the mail today and haven't a clue how to attach them to luggage.

The end by my room number has a hole.  At the other end, the skinny end, there is a slit and another slit, resembling a "T".  I've been playing around with them for a while and cannot figure it out at all.

Thanks for your help.  I'm assuming you all know exactly how to attach them.

We’ve always attached ours as soon as we picked up our bags from the baggage claim. When you meet Viking reps there, they’ll take them (and any tagged carry-ons) and transport them directly to your cabin.

That is only if you are using Viking Air and their transport.

If you are flying on your own, or you are driving, you put the tags on (just like the old fashioned luggage tags) and then when you drop that at the ship where you enter the check in station before getting on the gangway.

I understand all this. Perhaps I wasn’t clear enough in my question. It’s a thin piece of paper and I don’t see anything on it that I can pull to have a stick to itself. And I’m not sure how to attach it to my suitcase other than putting it through the handle and taping it or stapling it and hoping that it doesn’t get ripped off in the process. I just want to know how you all attach your luggage tag

The end goes through the slit on the large part (other end). Does that make sense?
