Robes

Did anyone get robes on the cruise? We are diamond members and are on the Symphony of the Seas b2b in February. Thanks!

I had to ask on Ovation in Oct.

We were on Symphony in October.  Robes were included in our GS.  We never used them but they were there.

We always ask the room attendant for Robes.  Ask early as they can run out.

It should be automatically, but I always have to ask or leave the cabin attendant a note, plus any other requests, eg. ice for each day.

Robes were in our stateroom closet when we arrived..

Are robes only for certain levels of cabins or status?

We always ask our cabin attendant to remove the robes when we first meet her/him.

We were in a loft suite on the Allure last month and the robes were in our closet when we arrived.

Platinum and above C&A members - and suites.
