BOA-onboard credit-cruise cancelled

So we were booked on one of the cancelled Symphony cruises.  I had redeemed several RCL/BOA Visa points for onboard credit.  Is there any way to get the points back or did that ship sail without me?

Ridiculously simple process. Just call with booking numbers of the cruise you didn't take, and the one you want to use it on. 

 

Try and not wait till the last minute though😉

We were on one of the cancelled Serenade cruises and RCCL moved my redeemed on board credit to our next cruise on Symphony.  Be sure to call RCCL, don't both calling BAC because they will just transfer you to RCCL.

I had a BOA credit on a canceled cruise, and it showed up on my Odyssey cruise in October.  I didn't   have to ask.  Also, when  i was booking my current cruise through C&A, they found OBC from cruises booked through the Next Cruise desk, and those have been applied also.

Correct.  They transferred mine when they cancelled the 1/29 Serenade on 1/7.

Will they also do a transfer of points/OBC if the cruise is cancelled under "cruise with confidence" by us vs. Royal cancelling the cruise?

BOA points - yes; RCL promo OBC - no.

Thanks.  I was referring to the points that we converted to OBC and then ended up cancelling the cruise under the "cruise with confidence" program.
