Security photo

Can I change my security  photo on the medallion app?  I have changed ‘. my profile’ photo but can’t seem to change the security one. Can anyone tell me how to do it please?

In the app go to personal information & documents. Find your security photo, it should have a small blue pen circle near the bottom of the round photo. Press that pen button and you can either retake or keep as is.

Perfect, I have looked and can now see how to do it.  I now need to wait until I look decent to take another photo!  thank you very much.

I’ve done this a number of times yet it STILL says attention is needed.  I’m just going to wait until boarding.  😏

When we took our security photos there was no option to upload an existing photo. Has this been fixed? (Our current security photos look like they were taken while being booked for drunk driving or something.)

I've heard on other threads that if they (meaning Princess )don't like the picture you uploaded, for whatever reason, they will retake it at boarding.

Hmmmm... It might be worthwhile to simply delete the pics (they really are terrible) and have Princess take new photos when we board. I may go ahead and delete mine and see if the app now allows me to upload a different picture.

At this point I'd probably just ignore it.  After some hassle getting my photo uploaded, they still took a picture at check in, so why even bother?

Happened to us on our first cruise we took after the pause.  We were told the picture used for the Sky in Jan 2020 now wasn't centered properly/  So both our pictures were retaken by security when our medallion was scanned at boarding.

Never liked any of my cruise security photos - always think to myself "and these people do these every week or two turning out that bad yet it's ok"???.

 I know what you mean.  Ours were terrible too.  I have now uploaded existing photos, where we both look ‘normal’!
