This is Carnival - nothing- lol.  The big paddle bikes, floats, etc. should be listed under excursions for your sailing, along with some other excursions they had when we were there in January.

Enjoy the ocean, take a nap. Get something to eat, yummy. Take another nap, get in the water.😁

You're on a cruise, doesn't really matter what you do 🤣

Everything except the uncovered beach chairs and the buffet dining is an extra charge.  And While they have a towel booth, I recommend you bring your own towels so you aren’t stuck waiting on a delivery from the ship.  The coastal cruise is cool

I read the drink package doesn't cover drinks at Princess Cays.  Do you need cash or can you charge them on your sail card?

Sign and Sail.  The retreat is staffed from the boat, just not plugged into Carnival drink packages

Water, tea, the buffets on island, and uncovered beach chairs are all that is free.

With that said, the Coastal cruise was cool and uses the same boat as the glass bottom boat.  822F99D8-15BC-4CEC-9532-948EB91F3D43.thumb.jpeg.51ba14793fbbc53edaad2313ec35b7ae.jpeg822F99D8-15BC-4CEC-9532-948EB91F3D43.thumb.jpeg.51ba14793fbbc53edaad2313ec35b7ae.jpeg40C44FF3-07E3-4185-BBC8-8F997D2F210A.thumb.jpeg.087036f516956cdf06f759fd29806cfe.jpeg25FED283-6A00-41BC-8B76-E4E45494A519.thumb.jpeg.5573bad5bcf31a39d98019ac880991fe.jpeg

You can walk outside the gates and there are some local stalls there for souvenirs and there is a small Bar (George') where you can enjoy local drinks at much lower price than bars inside the compound.  Local Bahamian beer $4.

We were told on the April 30-May 5 cruise we could not go into town.

I was there May 19 and there is no town but you walk outside the gate where you show your sign and sail card and there were stalls on both sides of the road and the bar, maybe fifty yards long.  I am going back in 3 weeks and will go back. I talked to the locals who checked your sign and sail card and I could take my bottle beer back in and they were most friendly and the shops looked nice altho I was only interested in a Kalik.  Enjoy your stay .

Great pictures. I've never done the Coastal Cruise.  Next time.

We did the stingray excursion and it was nicer than the Balmoral Island one we had done in the past

Do you use masks and snorkels for this excursion or is it shallow water only?  I was wondering if we should bring our own masks.  Do you have any pictures you can share?

Sorry I didn't respond right away.  There was about 10 minutes at the beginning where you could snokel to the deeper water if you wanted.  They have masks and snorkels, but if you want you can use your own.  Take water shoes, it is very rocky there even on the beach.

Was anyone around to take you on an island tour?
