Address wrong???

When we check our profiles are address is correct and current.

 

When we make a payment it emails us, but includes a 6 year old physical mailing

address.  We can not find where this is at to change it.

I’ve had this issue for years. I tried to calll and would get sent to IT. They would “fix” it they said. Nope. Every single booking has my sister’s address even though I have always made all bookings and we only shared a room one time. 
 

it will never get fixed and you will just have to ignore it.

Yep, I have asked about this multiple times because I'd really rather my ex-husband not get anything addressed to me well over a decade later, and the problem has never, ever gotten fixed.  Hopefully it's not tied to anything of value, but I'll never know.

I noticed a similar problem. Whenever i booked any cruise directly from their website my address shows up as unknown Miami or something like that yet my carnival account shows my correct address

It had my previous name from 10 years ago up until a few months ago. Then suddenly, it changed to my current name. My cruise documents were always correct, just not the website.

Called the PVP today and he was able to remove it on CCL book database side. 

 

My DD received a $200 CCL giftcard from her work today.  When she applied it to the cruise it has the correct address.

Carnival has multiple addresses stored for cruisers. One is associated with your profile and you can change. Another is stored with cruise reservations and only Carnival can change. It's a poor design but oh well.

I just noticed the same thing. My VIFP profile is correct. The information input during booking was correct. But the confirmation of the booking has an old address.

Same. VIFP profile shows correct address, confirmation email for our July MG cruise shows prior home address.
