Cold fruit soups

Does anyone know if the Bliss has cold fruit soups, such as strawberry or peach?

NCL used to have cold fruit soup but I haven’t seen it on a menu or in the Garden Cafe in years.

Someone else will likely report back with a more accurate response though.

Prof Cruise has all NCL menus listed.  I just looked at them all and there’s no chilled fruit soup.

This might be more itinerary based than ship based.  I have only ever seen the cold fruit soups on NCL on summer European cruises...never on the US based ones.

They used to have them many years ago.

Been on the Bliss 3 times and they have the cold fruit soups in the afternoon in the Observation Lounge.

Yes they were also on the Joy, in observation lounge at lunch time in May 2022

I'd be reluctant to say this site has all NCL menus.

 

At least in the past NCL has had about 14 dinner menus and this source only has 7. Also IIRC there is more than one MDR lunch menu and this source only has one.

 

In fact the site itself says "...there may be slight variations to the menus depending on your particular itinerary. But these should give you a good idea of what to expect."

They were on the Sky in May at Great outdoors for . afternoon snacks. This was on a caribbean  cruise.  Always look forward to it

We went on the Windward a million years ago and at every dinner there was a cold fruit soup option in the dining room.  My dad loved them and misses them as an option

I think I had some kind of cold fruit soup on my last trip on Getaway. It came in a glass and had a straw instead of a spoon, and maybe some rum. I guess it may have actually been a strawberry daiquiri!! 🍹

I remember them from 8-10 years ago at the buffet and they great.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed. I’ve had them on NCL cruises in the past but I wasn’t sure if they still offered them, especially on a (cold) Alaskan cruise. Their Strawberry and their Peach are my 2 favorites. I could survive on just cold soup throughout the cruise and be a very happy camper!! 😁

Where/what is the observation lounge?  We are booked in a Haven suite and I saw a very large room with floor to ceiling windows, is that it?
