No response to shareholder OBC

Was your back to back considered separately or in total? I am booked on a bb2b 6 night followed by 8 night and my pvp said it should be considered a 14 night so 250 instead of 150

Whenever I have had B2B cruises they were considered in total, so two 7 day cruises got me $250.  I just got approval 3 days ago for January B2B and I sent in the request on 9/9, so it took 4 weeks.

I sent in my OBC credit request on 9/8 via email and got immediate acknowledgement of request ( not approval). Approval was received this morning via email (10/8).

I was also coming here to post similar response. I sent mine on 9/9 and got mine today, 10/9, exactly one month later. I know some said they got their answer quickly, but I would say people should definitely send it in earlier rather than later.

I called Saturday to check on my request since it had been 6 weeks since I mailed it. I found they work M - F and hung up.

 

That evening I received an email confirming my request for our B2B, coincidence? IDK 😁

 

BTW I did receive $250 for our 8 day/6 day B2B

Also received 250 for our B2B on the Mardi Gras in February and also in August.  But, did not receive 250 on our B2B on Princess in April.  Only got 100 for each week.

My last request, I sent in on 8/3, then again on 8/30.  Finally got the approval on 10/1. For 11/28 sailing.

I sent mine in 10/6 for 11/5 sailing and fingers crossed for quicker response.

I sent our requests for Stockholder obc on a Carnival and 2 Princess cruises. Received Princess credits same day and Carnival 31 days later.
