Glad it doesn't start until Nov, that means I don't have to get it for our July cruise. One less thing to have to worry about.

I have a 14 day Mediterranean and Israel cruise,  Nov 9-23, 2023.  Hope they postpone it again so we don’t have to do.

Well, it applies to 59 different countries. But since this is the board for travel info for Canadians.....

I mentioned it because I live in Canada although I have an American passport.  I'm sure there are others like me so I wrote in the event some might have thought it was only for Canadians.
