On the app where can you select arriving time to broad?

It's hidden. 

Under Travel Checklist, Click Personal Information & Documents

Once it loads, underneath Required Information, you'll see Suggested.  Click on Arrivals.  Click your cruise date. 

Once that loads, at the bottom, you'll see Arrival Group.  Click that and you'll get to what you're looking for.

Took me quite a few tries to figure it out.

It can vary but if you are on the roll call thread, generally someone will tip you off.

we are 57 days from our cruise and I would like select the time to board

We are now under 30 days and still can't select it.  It varies for unknown reasons.

We are three weeks from cruising and still can't select boarding times.

we have been "assigned" Group B - for our sail date in about 2 weeks.  We will ignore and try to board as early as possible with our circle "status"
